Sales & Marketing Coordinator - HIRING January 2025

  • Salary $45,000 to 50,000 + benefits

We seeking a Sales & Marketing coordinator to help our team get the word out to rad retailers that we service and could be servicing around the globe. We need an organized, technically savvy, and friendly communicator who's adept with modern sales and marketing skills.

What does a Sales & Marketing Coordinator do? 

  • Research + analyze customer activity to establish their marketing and product needs. 
  • Sales support to teammates, road based sales reps, and customers to facilitate growth. 
  • Establish, execute, and iteratively improve various segmented marketing funnels for efficient and effective customer outreach. 
  • Communication across multiple mediums: phone, email, marketing automation, and print.  

Badge Bomb's Sales & Marketing Coordinator will assist management with building off of and improving on our existing sales strategies to grease the wheels of the sales cycle each season. 

Today's multi-channel commerce environment is full of moving parts, so having a well coordinated strategy is key.  A one size fits all approach isn't enough.  You need to tailor marketing strategies using historical sales data as criteria for building your customer segments and allocating your time appropriately to each. 

You take strategic concepts and ideas discussed with the team and execute:  creating and assembling sales collateral, systematic communication, defining marketing funnel segments, and communicating with all involved. You're comfortable working solo in Adobe/Google Docs as you are building relationships by putting your good phone tone to use. You're a quick study and make SAS platforms work for you.  

Our new Sales and Marketing Coordinator is a planner who's eager to get in there and get it done as planned. Small business is your preferred habitat.  You'll take the minor chaos and added responsibility that can happen in a more free close knit environment over a highly structured corporate environment, and you know one can't have it both ways.  Don't get us wrong, we love structure, but this should ring true with you. 

What are the job duties? 

  • Regular phone / email / Zoom contact with sales reps to support them working and growing accounts in their territories. 
  • Ensuring marketing campaigns and systems are executed on time and looking for improvement opportunities.  
  • Visual and and informational content creation for various websites, print marketing, and internal sales literature.  
  • Organizing and putting created sales collateral in the hands of reps and teammates.
  • Versatile communication:  phone, email, and some in-person service interactions with vendors, sales reps, offsite team members, distributors and customers.  
  • Order processing:  input and assist with wholesale/retail orders and sales inquiries via phone, email, and multi channel digital commerce structure. 
  • Other things that aren't on your job description that just need to happen.   

    Candidates with the following creative skills get preferential screening. 

    • Ability and willingness to help around the warehouse with fulfillment and production. 
    • Examples of product photography, social media skills.
    Skills needed:
    • High level administrative and creative computer skills (Gmail, GDocs, Slack, Adobe, etc).
    • Relevant marketing experience with E-Commerce (Shopify, Klaviyo, MarketTime, Faire).
    • Ability to pickup and navigate new software platforms quickly. 
    • Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, moving parts work environment and self solving problems.
    • High level communication (cross platform, written and oral), when to use which medium, and social grace are essential. 
    • Solutions based approach to faciliate progress. 

    Work Conditions and Hours

    Schedule 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM Monday through Friday and occasional weekend day.

    Compensation package

    • Pay range: commensurate with experience
    • ICHRA Health benefit after 90 days.
