  • Company offices in Portland, OR and Yucca Valley, CA. 
  • Remote considered for candidates with appropriate skills and experience and willingness to travel for onsite stints. 

Selling Sales Manager position:

Badge Bomb is wholesale american gift label.  Our a multi-channel operation is built on a network of domestic retailers, distributors in the UK, Europe, and Canada, a team of independent sales reps, several Shopify stores, including our growing B2C retail. 


We’re looking for a selling sales manager.  We’re a dynamic small business, you should be comfortable switching hats.  Our team consists of a mix of remote team members and staff at our Portland based HQ.  Communication is really important.


Primary Job duties:

  • Sales Development: identify / pursue new accounts + service house accounts. 
  • Regular engagement of our independent commission based sales reps in growing their accounts and territories. 
  • Preparation and planning of events & trade shows 
  • Strategic sales planning in alignment with product release calendars and industry calendar trends. 
  • Collaborate with creative team, management, and remote team members on creation of sales and marketing materials. 
  • Manage sales related digital and print marketing efforts, web updates, and catalog mailings
  • Other relevant random stuff that comes up - we’re a small business, bring your hats. 


Skills and Experience

  • Modern office/ e-commerce computer skills:  Shopify, Slack, GSuite, Excel. Klaviyo. *CRM and Inventory management platform experience a plus.
  • Communication is the cornerstone of the position.
  • Systematic problem solving: contribute solutions.
  • System building:  Ability to design outreach systems that can be performed at scale with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Confident adaptation:  working in a fast-paced,  high-volume environment,  sometimes requiring quick turnarounds with little direction.


Work Conditions and Hours

Schedule: Weekdays, and beyond during trade events. 

  • Cross platform communication (Phone, Slack, e-mail).
  • Willingness for future travel for trade events primarily in the USA (Atlanta, Vegas, Dallas), and potentially 1-2 times a year in UK and EU. 
  • Moderate physical activity
