RETURN POLICY:
If for any reason you are unhappy with your order from Badge Bomb you may request to exchange or return any of the button badges within 48 hours of the receipt of your package. Sorry, return shipping costs are non refundable.
EXCHANGES:
Badge Bomb customers must notify customer service of any claims on merchandise within 48 hours of the receipt of their package. A refund totaling the amount paid or replacement merchandise of equal value will be granted for defective, damaged, or unsatisfactory merchandise returned to Badge Bomb within 14 days of the claim.
Customers are responsible for all shipping costs on exchanges. Merchandise returned for credit or exchange must be returned in new resalable condition. Don not return merchandise in a paper envelope, it will get crushed and your claim will not be honored.
REFUNDED PAYMENTS:
Refunds are made to the Credit Card or Pay Pal account used at the time of your order upon receipt of returned merchandise.
