At Badgebomb.com, we respect your privacy and do not collect personally identifiable information unless it is voluntarily provided by you. To place an order with us you will be required to provide us with a billing address, shipping address, telephone number, and e-mail address. This information is used strictly for communications necessary related to the processing and delivery of your order

Badge Bomb does not share or sell any of your personal information with third parties. During the course of processing your order it may be necessary to share portions of your personally identifiable information with select partner companies, such as our designated delivery service provider(s) (UPS, USPS, etc.) and our banking institutions related to the processing of your Credit Card payments (Usight LLC and Pay Pal®).

We will not send you unsolicited correspondence, nor will we attempt to contact you unless you've initiated contact with us or voluntarily opted in to any of our E-mail newsletters subscriptions (from which you may remove yourself at any time).

Storing of Information in your Customer Account
If you choose to create an account on BadgeBomb.com, we will store information provided by you on our secure private servers. Your password is encrypted and cannot be viewed in readable format anywhere by anyone. In the event that you forget your password you will be required to reset it and a new randomly generated temporary password will be emailed to you. We've taken sufficient security precautions so that your information on our server is safe and remains inaccessible to anyone but you and our staff on a need to know basis. We do not store or keep record of any credit card numbers anywhere on our servers or in our paper records.

Credit Card Information:
All credit card transactions are conducted securely with industry standard SSL-encryption through our payment processors, Authorize.net, a division of CyberSource Corporation, and Pay Pal®. These companies handle all information related to your credit card. This includes the collection of your number and expiration date as well as executing the actual charge to your account. Badge Bomb employees can never view or gain access to specific information related to your credit card beyond the date of payment and payment amount. We have chosen Authorize.net and Pay Pal because we trust they are both committed to privacy and security and your payment information will be safe with them.
